Data We Collect & How We Use It
Data we collect: Account/contact info , authentication data, usage/device logs (IP, app/browser version, crash/diagnostic logs), content you submit (prompts, files, messages), payment metadata via our processor (we don’t store full card numbers), mobile permissions you opt into (camera/mic/photos/notifications), and cookies/SDK analytics.
Why we use it: To provide and secure the service, personalize features, troubleshoot and improve, communicate with you, process payments, comply with law, and prevent abuse/fraud.
AI-specific: We process your inputs to generate outputs. We do not use your data to train models unless you/your company explicitly opt in (via product settings or contract/DPA). Some features may call third-party AI/infra providers acting as sub-processors; we minimize data sent and use no-training/zero-retention modes where available.
Legal bases (where applicable): contract performance, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligations.
Sharing, Storage & Security
Sharing: with vetted service providers/sub-processors (cloud hosting, analytics, payments, communications, AI infrastructure), with your organization (if you use a business/workspace product), for legal/safety reasons, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers: data may be processed outside your country with safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures).
Retention: we keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize (subject to legal retention duties and backups).
Security: encryption in transit/at rest (where appropriate), access controls, logging/monitoring, least-privilege. No method is 100% secure; we’ll notify you of breaches as required.
Children: our services aren’t for children under 13 (or 16 in EU/UK); contact us to remove any such data.
